When and Where?
Women. Regardless of our age, stage of life, marital status, or parenting role, each of us is challenged with the task of balancing life, faith, family, and focus. As women it’s easy to fear failure in various areas. Perhaps what we should fear most is succeeding at the wrong things.
FamilyLife’s Women’s Getaway is designed as a time to intentionally “hit the pause button,” get away for an all-inclusive retreat for women, and recenter on what matters most. We’ll enjoy engaging main sessions with inspiring worship, teaching led by nationally-recognized keynote speakers, and breakout sessions that speak to everyday issues. And we’ll revel in the beauty and tranquility of The Cove, located in the Great Smoky Mountains off the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Together we’ll renew, refresh, and reenvision our lives God’s way — as wives, daughters, mothers, and friends.
Cost to attend consists of two parts: event registration and lodging.
Each attendee registers individually. The event registration of $220 includes event admission, materials, and 5 meals.
Lodging is available at The Cove on a limited basis. The charge for on-site lodging is in addition to the event registration. All rooms are hotel-style with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. Cost is $356 per room for the weekend.
The total cost for the weekend will vary according to whether women use on-site lodging and how many women share a room. The estimated cost per person below is based on the number of roommates sharing a room at The Cove for two nights:
4 per room: $309 per person (includes $220 registration & $89 for 1/4th the room)
3 per room: $339 per person (includes $220 registration & $119 for 1/3rd the room)
2 per room: $398 per person (includes $220 registration & $178 for 1/2 the room)
1 per room: $576 per person (includes $220 registration & $356 for the room)
NOTE: 1 woman per room must reserve the room on behalf of all who will occupy it.
Commuter Rate: $220 per person (includes $220 for event/meals ONLY; no lodging)
